A relaxing TUB TEA for after a long day. Soothing oats, lemonbalm, calendula and lavender help to relax muscles and calm your nerves. Can also be used as a foot soak.
Directions: Add a few heaping TBSP of herbs to a quart jar, fill with boiling water, cover and let steep at least 15 minutes to an hour. Strain it into tub of water. You can also float herbs freely or put them into a muslin bag for a more subtle effect.

Comes in an amber glass jar, please be cautious with glass near your tub!
