Introducing my newest tea blends. All handcrafted with organic herbs. Three unique blends to enjoy.

Steady Equilibrium: a blend of herbs to help your nervous system chill out. Milky oat tops are great if you are feeling overworked and frazzled, being pulled in too many directions and starting to spiral. Tulsi is known for helping us lead a long life as it's a supreme adaptogen, helping your body deal with stress wherever it needs it most. It is soothing, calming and balancing. Roses make everything better, they soothe the heart and help calm. Chamomile is a lovely flavor component to this blend, it adds the perfect amount of floral hint in accompaniment with the rose and like rose helps you calm down and stay calm and steady. Organic*

Golden Sleep: a blend to help relax after a long day. Great for children too. Catnip does the opposite to humans what it does to cats. It makes you sleepy and is great for an upset tummy or a feverish teething babe. Passionflower is great for hyperactive humans. Also helpful with feelings of anxiety and stress. It will calm your mind and body. Lavender and chamomile are soothing and bring beautiful, flowery notes in combo with the mints in the blend. Lemonbalm is calming and another nervine for feeling frazzled and overworked. It, like catnip and spearmint doubles as a digestive aid. Spearmint rounds out this formula making it smooth and uplifting. This is a blend of relaxing, sleepy time herbs to soothe and make you ready for golden slumber. Sparkling Vitality: a blend of some of my favorite herbs. Spearmint is the mellow mint that is soothing and uplifting. Great for your tummy and can also either lift you up and refresh you, or help you relax and calm down. Nettles are a powerhouse herb. Loaded with vitamins and minerals and great for overall vitality. Calendula and cornflowers are wonderful for gut health and a superior skin healers. Enjoy this blend and feel your vitality sparkle. Ingredients: spearmint*, calendula*, nettles*, cornflowers*
