Postpartum Tub Tea

My spin on the traditional sitz bath.  A blend of herbs I hand picked and lovingly dried that are known to tone, calm and heal wounds. This tub tea helped me significantly after my three pregnancies.  I tried to soak at least every other day in the tub and used it on pads in the first week and in my peri bottle.  I swear by it.  I hope it helps you or your loved ones the same. Available in a recyclable kraft window bag.

Ingredients:  yarrow*, self heal flowers*, calendula*, rose*,  comfrey leaf*, plantain*, oat tops*, lavender*, raspberry leaf*
